No set path. Here's how it usually goes from first contact to working together.

2. We contact you. Someone from Think Tank will get in touch to arrange a conversation.
3. Talk it through. We talk about your business, your customers, your current marketing and what you'd like to change.
4. We propose a scope. We'll explain the proposed scope and fees before work begins.
5. Getting started. If you go ahead, we gather what we need, such as access, brand files and key contacts, and plan the first pieces of work.
6. Working together. We deliver what's agreed and check in with you on how it's going.
